An excellent opportunity has arisen at this boutique firm boasting a high profile client base including professional footballers, celebrities and ultra high net worth individuals as well as companies and entrepreneurs for a litigation solicitor to join the growing team.
The matters are varied and often highly complex in nature and multi jurisdictional and recently the team has had precedent-setting victories. These can include fraud, breach of trust, theft of commercial information, privacy disputes and other issues. The firm also has a good success rate with injunctions and super injunctions for their clients.
The successful applicant will be hungry for a new challenge and due to the minimal supervision is expected to be at least 4 years PQE, although if exceptional work is demonstrated will be considered from all levels of PQE. Ideally with experience of working with a similar client base you must have excellent working knowledge of the courts and experience with complex litigation matters.
