Document Production Specialist
Permanent - Part Time
4pm - Midnight (2 evenings per week)
Colchester
£20,000 per annum + £3750 shift allowance
Our Client, a prestigious Global Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Production Specialist. The roles offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of an exceptionally talented and highly motivated team with over 19 practices worldwide our client prides themselves on its market leading corporate teams spanning a full range of corporate, finance and commercial law.
The purpose of this position is to a provide high quality document production service, utilising all in-house Work templates, PowerPoint Presentations and Excel to the firm. The selected candidate must be capable of creating effective solutions and ways of meeting client expectations relating to document production.
Duties of the role include;
Creation of new documents in any template or software package
Amending existing documents in line with amended drafts
Converting documents from one software package to another and re-tagging in templates
Reporting in to the Team Leader, keeping them informed of any problems arising
Actively promote the service of Document Processing
Suggest new innovative approaches to work
