Very well-established West End law firm aim to appoint an accomplished property lawyer.
The successful candidate will assist partners with a broad range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, development work and property finance. The workload will include acting for commercial clients and charities/not-for-profit clients. A significant proportion of the work will be education-related property work, including work for Further Education and Higher Education institutions, students unions and, in particular, the property aspects of academy conversions and the establishment of free schools.
Prospects for progression are excellent.
