What is the Gender Pay Gap?

The Pay Gap is the difference in pay between the average earnings of all men and all women in an organisation including performance related pay.

Our data shows that based on hourly rates of pay, women’s pay is 5% lower (mean) than men. The median pay gap is 1%.

We do not pay bonus but commission and this is incentive based.

Median gender pay gap by quartile 

We employ considerably more women than men which are largely the reception of business support roles. The structure of recruitment and our firm impacts the numbers we report, the vast majority of reception roles are performed by women.
