Administrator – 12-Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)
Location: London (Office-Based, Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm)

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-driven Administrator to join a friendly, high-performing team at a leading law firm in London. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right person.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the team - making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. What you’ll be doing:

  • Drafting emails, letters, and other correspondence using templates and house style.

  • Amending documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

  • Assisting with document automation and updating worklists.

  • Handling post, couriers, and general office admin (printing, scanning, bundling).

  • Processing expenses and entering time records.

  • Booking meeting rooms, travel, and hospitality.

  • Assisting with events and hospitality arrangements.

  • Maintaining stationery supplies and travel policy knowledge.

  • Supporting Executive Assistants and working collaboratively with the wider business support teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C/5 or above, including English Language.

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent attention to detail and grammar.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindset.

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with a willingness to learn.

  • Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Why this role?
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career in a highly professional setting. You’ll receive training, work with a friendly and supportive team, and gain exposure to a variety of practice areas and business functions.

If you’re a confident communicator, highly organised, and ready to take on a role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
