My client, an elite US law firm, is actively looking for an experienced Paralegal to join them on an initial 12m FTC in their London office - working as their new Asset Management (Funds) Paralegal.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and dynamic team - renowned globally for its work in areas such as Asset Management and Private Equity.
As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Processing amendments to fund agreements/contracts
- Preparing closing bibles
- Drafting fund related documents
- Liaising with foreign counsel
- Assisting with the calculation of investment amounts
- Conducting extensive and comprehensive legal research
- Proofreading documents
- Managing the daily flow of files and documents
- Liaising with Attorneys and Paralegals from US offices

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed LLB/GDL (and ideally, LPC)
- Have a minimum of 'AAB' at A-Level, or equivalent
- Have previous/existing Asset Management and/or Funds experience as a Paralegal, from a US or international law firm
- Be able to commit to a 12m FTC
- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
