Role Overview:
The firm is seeking a proactive Associate with 4-6 years PQE to join their Group Actions and Competition Litigation team. The successful candidate will work on a range of competition litigation and group action matters, including cartel and abuse of dominance claims, with a focus on expanding the firm's work in consumer protection and ESG-focused claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-action advice on competition claims
- Draft legal documents, including witness statements and applications
- Conduct legal research
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Lead business development efforts
- Support cases involving High Court litigation, ADR, and opt-out group actions
Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience in competition litigation (cartel and abuse of dominance)
- Exposure to group actions and commercial litigation
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively
