Our client, an elite global law firm, is actively recruiting for a Paralegal to join them on an initial 12m FTC in their London office - working as their new Capital Markets Paralegal.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Paralegal to join a team of established Partners and Associates - taking part in Trainee quality work and dealing with large scale transactions from start to finish!
As the successful Capital Markets Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Drafting correspondence and documentation, under Lawyer supervision
- Reviewing, proofreading and distributing transactional documents and draft agreements
- Assisting Lawyers at transaction pre-closings and closings
- Handling post-closing matters
- Assisting with due diligence matters
- Preparing drafts of client bills (and related documents)
- Conducting in-depth legal research

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed law degree
- Have prior experience as a Paralegal with a top US or international law firm
- Be able to commit to a 12m FTC
- Be able to commute to the London office 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday)
- Have exceptional attention to detail and be able to manage multiple deadlines
