My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new Clinical Negligence Paralegal.
The team provide expert advice to clients on the Claimant side and you'll be working with an experienced and award-winning team!
As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting the Solicitors with specific tasks allocated on their files
- Assisting with the organising and maintaining of the Solicitors files (electronic and hard copy)
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting legal and relevant documentation (for example, witness statements)
- Providing cover for other Paralegals within the team when needed
- Ad-hoc administrative duties

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a minimum of 18 months experience within Clinical Negligence as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Be educated to degree level (LLB/GDL - essential)
- Ideally, have a completed LPC/SQE1 (or be studying)
- Be competent in all MS applications
