About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal (1-2 years prior experience) to join the organisation’s Managed Legal Services team based in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated paralegal to gain hands-on experience with a wide range of commercial contracts, work alongside senior lawyers and operational experts, and contribute to transforming how legal services are delivered globally.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, friendly, and inclusive team that values professional growth, knowledge sharing, and flexible working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage commercial matters in line with client playbooks and contractual standards
  • Draft, review, and amend commercial contracts and contract variations
  • Proofread and cross-reference legal documentation
  • Liaise with clients, lawyers, and internal stakeholders to support ongoing legal work
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and playbook updates

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Previous paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive approach and accountability for own workload
  • Effective written and verbal communication with a range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with commercial contracts (advantageous, but not essential)
