About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal (1-2 years prior experience) to join the organisation’s Managed Legal Services team based in Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated paralegal to gain hands-on experience with a wide range of commercial contracts, work alongside senior lawyers and operational experts, and contribute to transforming how legal services are delivered globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage commercial matters in line with client playbooks and contractual standards
- Draft, review, and amend commercial contracts and contract variations
- Proofread and cross-reference legal documentation
- Liaise with clients, lawyers, and internal stakeholders to support ongoing legal work
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and playbook updates
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive approach and accountability for own workload
- Effective written and verbal communication with a range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with commercial contracts (advantageous, but not essential)
