An award-winning law firm is seeking a Digital Communications Executive to join their growing Internal Communications team. This newly created role offers the chance to shape how the firm communicates with its people — bringing creativity, innovation, and a digital-first mindset to internal engagement.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to own internal channels, launch new content initiatives, and bring bold ideas to life through video, design, and digital storytelling.


The Role

As Digital Communications Executive, you’ll play a key part in driving engaging and effective communication across the firm. You’ll manage and develop the firm’s digital channels, support senior leadership with strategic updates, and lead on creative internal content projects.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing internal communication channels and supporting upcoming intranet development.
  • Creating and delivering a new weekly firmwide newsletter.
  • Designing templates, banners, and digital assets to support internal campaigns.
  • Supporting senior leaders with quarterly firm updates and announcements.
  • Producing creative multimedia content, including GIFs, animations, and short videos.
  • Coordinating internal video shoots and exploring opportunities for podcasts.
  • Tracking engagement and using insights to improve communication effectiveness.


This is a new role, offering significant scope to bring fresh ideas, experiment with new formats, and truly make it your own.


About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years’ experience in communications, ideally with a focus on digital channels or internal comms.
  • Strong understanding of digital content creation, including newsletters, intranet content, and multimedia.
  • Proficiency in design and creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing internal communications platforms or similar digital systems.
  • Excellent writing, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A creative and proactive mindset, with an interest in exploring new formats such as video and podcasts.
