EA Team Leader

They partner with a diverse client base, including asset managers, financial institutions, private companies, and multinational corporations handling complex UK and international matters.
The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive EA Team Leader to provide exceptional Executive Assistant support to Partners while leading a team of EAs, PAs, and PSAs. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating administrative resources, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of client service. You’ll also be responsible for managing team performance, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining effective communication across the team and with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Support:
- Manage Partners’ diaries, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle client communications.
- Oversee document production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm standards.
- Assist with business development activities, including event coordination, CRM management, and LinkedIn updates.
- Manage financial administration tasks such as billing, expense management, and credit control.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and monitor key dates for clients.
- Provide guidance on client protocols and assist with training team members.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and onboard new team members, ensuring alignment with firm policies.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet client and Partner demands.
- Monitor KPIs and produce reports to assess service delivery performance.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment, promoting well-being and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior EA/PA role within a legal or professional services setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and motivate teams.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Tech-savvy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
