The Ideal Candidate:
UK-qualified employment solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
Strong background in contentious and non-contentious matters
Experience with executive exits, reorganisations, contracts and litigation
Excellent file management, communication, and time management skills
A natural team player who enjoys mentoring juniors and collaborating across offices
Location: Reading (3 days in office, hybrid model)
Salary: £90,000+ base + EOT bonus + private medical + pension
Start Date: ASAP
