A progressive, award-winning UK law firm is looking for a Senior Employment Associate or Legal Director to join its London team. You’ll enjoy high levels of autonomy, direct access to senior clients (both employee and employer side), and a collaborative cross-office environment.
This role is perfect for lawyers who thrive in a non-hierarchical structure, where initiative is encouraged, and success is shared.
💼 The Opportunity:
- Act for both senior executives and employer clients (including household names in tech, retail, pharma & financial services)
- Work across grievance and disciplinary matters, discrimination, whistleblowing, and High Court litigation
- Get involved in strategic advisory work, reorganisations, and business transfers
- Gain exposure to multi-office collaboration (Reading/Bristol travel encouraged & reimbursed)
- Become a key mentor for junior team members

🎯 You’ll Need:
- 6+ PQE in employment law
- Tribunal and/or High Court litigation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, self-sufficient approach to managing workload
- Willingness to get stuck in, take responsibility, and support firm growth
📍 Based in London, with (reimbursed) travel to Reading/Bristol encouraged.
