The Role
As a Senior Associate in the Employment team, you will advise a diverse client base, including IT start-ups, university spin-outs, and multinational corporations. You will handle a broad spectrum of employment law matters, with a primary focus on non-contentious and international HR issues, including:
- Advising on employee relations, contracts, bonus structures, and executive appointments.
- Handling people-related matters in corporate transactions, restructurings, and redundancies.
- Supporting cross-border HR projects, international assignments, and immigration matters.
- Conducting HR investigations and providing strategic employment law advice.
- Delivering training on key employment issues.
The Candidate
- 6+ PQE with strong experience in employment law from a top firm.
- A commercial, solutions-focused approach with international expertise.
- Excellent advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work with multinational clients on complex employment matters.
