What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for event-related queries and ensure a seamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage bookings for event spaces and coordinate logistics including catering, AV setup, room layout, and cleanliness.
- Liaise with multiple internal teams (including Hospitality, Facilities, and AV) to ensure every detail is executed to a high standard.
- Provide on-site support during events—welcoming guests, troubleshooting tech, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Work closely with marketing and business development teams to support firmwide events.
- Monitor equipment and supplies, manage delegate lists, prepare reports, and support feedback collection post-event.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members or temps.
- Support with invoicing, budgeting, and general project support as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or events role within a corporate environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with booking systems and AV equipment is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Great interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude—happy to support early mornings or evenings when events require it.
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and building positive working relationships.
