My client, a leading London-based law firm renowned for its collaborative culture and pragmatic approach, is seeking an experienced EA, Team & Operations Coordinator to join their Real Estate department on a 10-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

This is a multifaceted role providing strategic executive support to several senior stakeholders, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate support function. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised professional to take on a role that blends EA responsibilities with team management and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Support

  • Provide high-level EA support to multiple senior leaders, including complex diary and inbox management.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

  • Manage project timelines, liaising across departments to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.

  • Prepare and edit documentation, presentations, and reports to a high standard.

  • Handle departmental communications and act as a key point of contact between teams.

Team Coordination

  • Act as the main contact for the Real Estate support team, ensuring effective resourcing and daily operations.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes for support staff.

  • Facilitate regular team meetings and engagement initiatives to promote collaboration and morale.

  • Support departmental leadership with people-related matters, appraisals, and professional development.

Operational Coordination

  • Produce and manage departmental reports, including monthly updates for senior leadership.

  • Coordinate operational projects in collaboration with Heads of Department and the Operations Director.

  • Manage key meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, and action tracking.

Candidate Profile

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
