London Office – Permanent Opportunity
Our client, a top US law firm, is actively looking for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as their Funds Paralegal in their Investment Funds team.
This global powerhouse of a law firm operates in 49 locations worldwide! Their London team advises on a wide range of domestic and international legal issues, including – Funds, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Real Estate, Disputes and many more.
As the successful Funds Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting with drafting and managing client engagement letters
- Supporting the team with financial management, including compiling fee estimates, WIP analysis and compiling regular fee updates
- Assisting with deal management
- Maintaining and updating team materials, databases and tracker schedules
- Conducting legal research and document review to support fee-earners
- Providing administrative support (document filing, data entry and data room management)

To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed LLB or GDL
- Have previous/existing experience as Funds Paralegal from a law firm
- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
- Have excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Be able to work to tight deadlines and demonstrate a hands-on attitude
