My client, a leading international law firm based in Birmingham, are seeking a Hospitality Assistant for a full-time, office based role.

 

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to clients and staff.

 

The Role

 

  • Deliver professional service to clients, partners, and employees.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in client-facing areas and the client pantry.
  • Manage catering stock levels and assist with ordering.
  • Set up and check meeting rooms to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Provide catering and presentation requirements for meetings and events.
  • Liaise with external catering companies for marketing events.
  • Support the Reception team and cover during holidays as needed.

 

The Candidate

 

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Flexibility and dedication to the role.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach.
  • Level 1 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (advantageous but not essential)
