My client, a leading international law firm based in Birmingham, are seeking a Hospitality Assistant for a full-time, office based role.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to clients and staff.
The Role
- Deliver professional service to clients, partners, and employees.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in client-facing areas and the client pantry.
- Manage catering stock levels and assist with ordering.
- Set up and check meeting rooms to ensure they meet required standards.
- Provide catering and presentation requirements for meetings and events.
- Liaise with external catering companies for marketing events.
- Support the Reception team and cover during holidays as needed.
The Candidate
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Flexibility and dedication to the role.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach.
- Level 1 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (advantageous but not essential)
