Our client, a top US law firm, is actively recruiting for TWO Legal Assistants/Paralegals who have a Training Contract confirmed with a top US or international law firm to join them on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team who operate at the top of the market in the above spaces! You'll get the chance to work on potential headline-making deals.
As the successful Legal Assistant, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Collating feedback from clients on documentation
- Assisting with the preparation of closing bibles
- Assisting with filings at Companies House and Land Registry
- Drafting, amending and reviewing legal documentation
- Supporting Trainees, Associates and Partners with ad-hoc tasks when required.
As time goes on throughout the FTC, there is no level or limit on the type of tasks you could be involved in - the firm offer exceptional training along the way, giving you exposure to as much work as you want!
To be considered for either of these Legal Assistant opportunities, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a CONFIRMED Training Contract with a top international or US law firm
- Have a minimum of 12 months availability
- Have your completed LLB/GDL
- Be able to commute to the London office
- Ideally, have some Paralegal or Legal Assistant related experience
