This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that invests heavily in its people, offering a dynamic mix of hands-on document production and leadership responsibilities within a collaborative, high-performing team. This role offers hybrid working of either 2 or 3 days per week working from home.

You will support the Document Centre Manager in overseeing workflow, maintaining exceptional accuracy standards, and ensuring outstanding client service is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first-class document production service using advanced in-house Word templates.

  • Support oversight of workflow through cloud-based systems such as BigHand Now and NetDocs.
  • Perform meticulous quality checks before returning finalised documents to fee-earners.
  • Troubleshoot formatting and technical issues, ensuring smooth resolution.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for queries and technical guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with the Document Production Manager to maintain a cohesive team and high standards.
  • Partner with colleagues on more complex and large-scale document projects.

 Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven long-term experience within legal document production in a law firm.

  • Advanced MS Office expertise — particularly in Word — plus experience with Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with BigHand Now, NetDocs or similar workflow/document management systems.
  • Exceptional quality control, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — confident liaising across departments.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure.

Benefits Snapshot

  • Annual guaranteed salary review
  • Generous annual bonus scheme
  • 25 days holiday, rising with length of service + buying/selling options
  • Private medical insurance
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Stunning modern offices in WC1
  • 2 or 3 days per week working from home

This role is ideal for a confident, senior document specialist who enjoys combining high-level document production work with workflow coordination and team support — all within a world-class international law firm.
