Global Legal & Compliance Company | City of London (E1) | Hybrid Working

Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 + Flexible Working Options

An exceptional new permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Document Production professional to join a global legal and compliance company. This is a fantastic chance to take on a fresh challenge with a forward-thinking business that delivers high-quality online legal risk management products, used by hundreds of top financial institutions worldwide.

Based in stunning, modern City offices just five minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street station, this hybrid role offers a balance of just one day per week in the office and the rest from home.

The Role

As Legal Document Specialist, you will be part of the busy and dynamic Shareholding Disclosure team, working closely with lawyers to deliver exceptional document production, editing, and project support. The role combines high-quality document management with innovative process support in a fast-growing legal technology environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Editing, structuring, and preparing legal documents and memoranda to a flawless standard
  • Supporting lawyers with document and data management
  • Managing projects, deadlines, and monitoring processes for legal data sources
  • Reviewing alerts, preparing translations/blacklines, and ensuring accuracy across content
  • Using CRM systems to support client communication and reporting
  • Identifying efficiencies and improvements in current processes
  • Providing ad-hoc support to a team of busy, high-performing lawyers

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who thrives in a high-performing legal support environment and brings exceptional attention to detail.

You will have:

  • Experience in a Magic Circle or large London law firm, ideally in document production, legal secretarial, or PA support
  • A perfectionist eye for detail – spotting typos, inconsistencies, and formatting errors with ease
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills
  • The confidence to take initiative, push back when needed, and think ahead
  • Strong organisation, time management, and communication skills
  • A smart, professional, and confident personality – able to work closely with lawyers and support teams alike

No prior knowledge of shareholding disclosure or legal qualifications is required – full training will be provided.

Why Apply?

  • Salary: £48,000 – £50,000
  • Hours: 9am – 5:30pm
  • Flexibility: Full-time or part-time (4-day week option available)
  • Hybrid working: 1 day per week in the office, the rest remote
  • Fantastic offices in the City, just minutes from Liverpool Street

This is a brilliant opportunity for a fiercely bright, organised individual with high standards and a low ego to thrive in a collaborative, modern legal environment.
