This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic and collaborative environment where you’ll provide high-level support to lawyers and senior stakeholders across a specialist practice area.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and enjoy taking ownership across a wide range of responsibilities — from diary and billing management to client communications and event coordination.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in the daily running of your team, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, Partners, and business support services. This is a varied and involved PA role, with scope to work on client-facing activity, internal initiatives, and ongoing projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Full PA support including complex diary management, meeting scheduling, travel bookings and expenses
Supporting business development activities such as updating bios, managing mailing lists, and helping coordinate client events
Opening/closing client matters, managing case records and compliance processes
Assisting with billing cycles, chasing disbursements, and liaising with Revenue and Credit Control teams
Managing incoming communications and ensuring timely responses to clients and internal stakeholders
Coordinating document production, proofreading and handling urgent or confidential correspondence
General administration such as e-filing, document scanning, couriers, subscriptions, and database updates
Supporting wider team collaboration and stepping in to help others as needed
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll be a confident communicator, highly organised, and someone who thrives in a busy and professional environment.
You’ll ideally have:
Native-level fluency in Italian (essential for the role)
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a PA or Legal Secretary role within a law firm
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite and internal legal systems (e.g., InterAction, Intapp, Elite 3E)
Excellent attention to detail and time management
A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
A confident, client-focused manner with the ability to build strong working relationships
Team-player mindset, willing to support others and adapt to business needs
A positive, solutions-focused attitude
Why Apply?
You’ll be joining a highly respected firm with a strong sector focus and an international footprint. The culture is professional but progressive, and the firm is known for genuinely valuing its support staff. You'll be working in a supportive team environment where your contribution is recognised and where there’s real opportunity to get involved beyond the traditional PA remit.
