A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Legal Personal Assistant to join a leading law firm in London, working within their Private Property team. This role offers the chance to work closely with Partners and Fee Earners, ensuring the smooth running of client matters and the delivery of exceptional client service.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of key tasks and projects, including:
Complex diary management – coordinating meetings, travel, and events.
Client relationship support – managing correspondence, updating CRM (InterAction), arranging meetings, and ensuring terms of business are in place.
Project coordination – assisting with pitches, presentations, events, and client projects.
Financial administration – billing, expenses, time recording, liaising with credit control, and generating reports.
Team support – supervising and delegating to Client Services Administrators to ensure efficient workflows.
General administration – document management, file opening/closing, compliance, and wider team support as needed.
What We’re Looking For
A strong PA/secretarial background within legal, specifically in a Property department.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
Confident working with CRM systems (e.g. InterAction) and advanced MS Office skills.
A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
