My client, a top international law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their Leveraged Finance Paralegal.
You'll be part of an experienced and professional Leveraged Finance team, working on complex, high-value transactions alongside some of the best Lawyers in this space.
As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting with the preparation, review and management of ancillary finance documents
- Supporting transaction closing
- Reviewing, drafting and amending legal documentation
- Conducting extensive legal research
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and internal teams on a regular basis
- Overseeing and managing post closing work
- Conducting ad-hoc administrative support (file management, billing assistance, compliance tasks)

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Be educated to degree level (LLB/GDL - essential)
- Have previous/existing Banking & Finance or Leveraged Finance experience as a Paralegal
- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
- Ideally, have an understanding of loan structures, security packages and transaction processes
