My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new Litigation & Dispute Resolution Paralegal.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Paralegal to join a thriving department! You'll be in a position to gain valuable experience with a fantastic team of Fee-Earners.
As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Supporting Fee-Earners across the department
- Drafting and submitting pleadings/statements of cases for the County Court and High Court
- Liaising with Court prior to trials/hearings
- Preparing bundles and cost budgets
- Liaising with clients, opposition and third-parties
+ much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Litigation or Dispute Resolution Paralegal
- Be educated to degree level (LLB/GDL and ideally LPC or SQE 1)
- Be able to commit to 4 or 5 days a week in the London office
