Are you a creative communicator with a passion for digital storytelling and social media strategy? A leading international law firm is seeking a Marketing and Content Strategy Coordinator to join its London-based team. In this dynamic role, you’ll help shape the firm’s external voice, enhance digital engagement, and support recruitment-focused content across global platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a globally coordinated content and communications strategy. Working closely with the Brand, Design, Business Development, and Communications teams, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day digital publishing, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, draft, and schedule content across digital channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, using tools such as Hootsuite.
- Support the development of a targeted Instagram strategy, with a particular focus on engaging future talent and promoting career opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital content, using insights to inform strategy and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually aligned assets and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- Maintain and update website and intranet content, coordinating messaging across key internal and external platforms.
- Work with international colleagues to streamline workflows and ensure global content coverage.
- Provide training and guidance to lawyers and internal teams on social media best practices and employee advocacy.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and ensure your content complies with industry guidelines.
About You
- At least 2 years' experience in a marketing, content, or communications role with a strong focus on social media management.
- Exceptional written and editorial skills with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and juggling competing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse content performance and adapt strategy accordingly.
- A keen interest in staying current with digital marketing trends and innovations.
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
