Marketing Coordinator 

Location: Central London (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Salary: up to £38k 

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours/week)


Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? A well-regarded international law firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their collaborative team in London.


This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with at least 1 year of marketing experience in a professional services setting who enjoys coordinating campaigns, events, and communications in a busy and varied role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events (virtual and in-person), including an annual European conference.
  • Liaise with venues, agencies, and external partners.
  • Draft and format marketing materials such as emails, presentations, factsheets, and scripts.
  • Track event performance and ROI metrics.
  • Draft and schedule posts for platforms including LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
  • Monitor engagement and contribute to increasing reach and followers.
  • Ensure all digital content is accurate, timely, and on-brand.
  • Upload and maintain website and intranet content.
  • Draft internal announcements and news items.
  • Coordinate with design, PR, and web agencies as needed.
  • Conduct client and competitor research.
  • Support CRM system management and mailing list administration.
  • Assist with legal directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500) and award entries.
  • Draft and distribute newsletters and client alerts using tools such as MailChimp.
  • Ensure consistency with brand tone and visual identity.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in a law firm or other professional services setting.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); WordPress experience is desirable.
  • Professional, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
