Our client, an international law firm based in the city are now looking for an experienced PA to support at a senior level in their HR team, which forms part of their wider leadership team. This role would suit a candidate with experience supporting in a business services team at a senior level, ideally within a legal environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Meeting and event organisation
- Travel arrangements
- Managing team social events
- Processing invoices and expenses for the team
- Acting as a gatekeeper
- Support with organisation of performance reviews
- General administration including preparing documents
- Keeping the team’s intranet page up to date
- Support with the organisation of recruitment to include scheduling interviews
- Providing support on projects and supporting with budget management
- Updating policies and procedures
Key experience:
- Previous PA experience in a similar role working with senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible and adaptable
- The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
