Paralegal – Projects & Infrastructure (12-Month FTC)
Location: Central London | Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days/week

A leading City law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Projects & Infrastructure team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The team advises on the development and operation of infrastructure assets—particularly within real estate and the ports sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with real estate transactions, asset management, planning, environmental, and construction matters.

  • Draft legal documents and client correspondence.

  • Conduct legal research and Land Registry tasks.

  • Support the full lifecycle of matters and manage administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Law degree (2:1 or above); LPC or SQE preferred but not required.

  • Previous experience in landlord and tenant or property law. 

  • Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
