Paralegal – Projects & Infrastructure (12-Month FTC)
Location: Central London | Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days/week
A leading City law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Projects & Infrastructure team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The team advises on the development and operation of infrastructure assets—particularly within real estate and the ports sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with real estate transactions, asset management, planning, environmental, and construction matters.
Draft legal documents and client correspondence.
Conduct legal research and Land Registry tasks.
Support the full lifecycle of matters and manage administrative tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
Law degree (2:1 or above); LPC or SQE preferred but not required.
Previous experience in landlord and tenant or property law.
Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
