Part-time Legal PA

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious global law firm as a Part-time PA, supporting their Antitrust & Competition team. This role is part of a job-share and offers the chance to work in a collaborative, international environment.
The Role
As a PA, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to Partners and fee earners in the Antitrust & Competition practice. This is a varied and fast-paced position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
Complex diary management, call handling, and meeting coordination
Client intake administration, including AML and engagement letters
Billing support and expense processing
Managing inboxes, filing (iManage), and document production for urgent tasks
Coordinating with clients, internal teams, and global service centres
Supporting court filings, bundles, and regulatory documentation
Acting as a gatekeeper and first point of contact for clients
Mentoring junior secretarial staff where needed
About You
We’re looking for a confident and proactive professional with experience in a legal or professional services environment. You’ll bring:
Strong skills across MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent diary and document management experience
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
A team-player approach, with strong communication skills
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
