Our client is an award-winning US law firm with offices across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
They are looking for a Payroll Coordinator. The Payroll Coordinator works closely with the Associate Director EMEA - Finance Operations & Systems in administering various tasks in the department. They will also work closely with the Financial Operations Supervisor who is responsible for some of the finance tasks in the international offices as well as the Human Resources team with respect to payroll.
Responsibilities
- Administration of London payroll in conjunction with the Associate Director EMEA - Finance Operations & Systems and the Human Resources team.
- Assist with monthly London, Luxemburg and Singapore payroll journals and upload them to Aderant.
- Production of year-end payroll reports such as P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA).
- Submit monthly payments that are not handled by the outsourced payroll provider i.e. Childcare Vouchers, Give as you Earn.
