A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to join a global law firm that’s redefining how it delivers legal services to clients.
Their Matter Optimisation team is central to this, bringing together experts in LegalTech, project management, paralegal support, translation, and contract lawyering- all aligned with key practice groups across Corporate, Finance, and Litigation.
They’re now hiring a Matter Practices Review Manager, a pivotal role within their Centre of Excellence. This person will lead the firm’s annual Matter Review programme, using data, insights, and collaboration with partners and business teams to uncover best practices, address operational risks, and drive consistent, high-quality service delivery worldwide.
You’d be working closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape how matters are run, with real visibility and impact across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver the annual schedule of Matter Reviews
- Analyse data and insights to evaluate current ways of working
- Lead cross-functional review teams and stakeholder engagement
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Track implementation and support embedding of improvements
- Develop a scalable, global review framework
About You
- 5+ years in legal ops, practice management, audit or change roles
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience driving process improvement and embedding change
- Background in legal or professional services preferred
- Understanding of legal tech and innovation trends is a plus
