Practice Support Executive – 12-Month Contract
We’re partnering with a leading London legal practice to recruit a proactive and highly organised Practice Support Executive to join their Corporate team on a 12-month contract. This client-facing role offers the chance to provide high-value support to senior fee earners in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier support across diaries, travel, client communications, and matter administration.
- Take ownership of billing, matter reporting, and financial workflows.
- Assist with business development, marketing, and client initiatives, including pitches, events, and content management.
- Support teams throughout the matter lifecycle, from document preparation to post-completion activities.
- Champion new technologies and ways of working to improve efficiency.
About you:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in legal or professional services support.
- Confident client-facing skills and excellent communication.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Flexible, positive, and committed to continuous improvement.
