Practice Support Executive – 12-Month FTC
Our client, a highly regarded London law firm, is seeking an organised and commercially minded Practice Support Executive to join their Corporate team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll be working closely with partners and senior fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of client matters and day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing efficient administrative and organisational support across diaries, travel, and client correspondence.
- Managing financial processes including billing, reporting, and matter management.
- Coordinating business development and marketing activities such as client events, pitch materials, and website updates.
- Overseeing documentation throughout the matter lifecycle, from initial engagement through to post-completion.
- Assisting with the
implementation of new technology and process improvements across the
team.
What the firm is looking for:
- Prior experience (ideally 3–5 years) within a professional services or legal support function.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a confident, client-service approach.
- Excellent technical skills across MS Office applications.
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and
willingness to adapt to evolving priorities.
