Our client, a leading top-tier law firm based in Leeds, is currently seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to join their front of house team. This is a varied role requiring flexibility, excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a seamless experience for all visitors and staff. No two days will be the same!
Duties will include:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Provide support for internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms, reporting any issues as necessary
- Prepare meeting rooms, including arranging catering and refreshments
- Manage all incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
- Set up and support AV equipment for meetings and presentations
- Provide ad hoc IT support to visitors and internal teams
