An exciting opportunity has arisen for a polished and professional Receptionist to join a prestigious law firm based in the heart of the City. This is a permanent position working within a large front-of-house team, providing five-star service in a fast-paced corporate environment.
You will work on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, across the following hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, 8:30am–5:30pm, and 9:00am–6:00pm and 10am – 7pm.
Duties will include:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all clients, visitors, and employees
- Direct guests appropriately and ensure their host is notified promptly
- Manage incoming calls via the switchboard efficiently and courteously
- Report maintenance or facilities issues to the relevant teams
- Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings
- Liaise with the in-house hospitality team to ensure visitor needs are met
- Support with additional front-of-house duties as required
About You:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a corporate (ideally legal or professional services) environment
- Impeccable personal presentation and a confident, friendly demeanour
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach
