My client, a leading London Law Firm are looking for an experienced Records Manager to join their growing team.
Role/Responsibilities
- Having day-to-day management of the records function, escalating any issues to the Facilities Manager as appropriate.
- Archiving, retrieving, and returning deeds and wills as required.
- Retrieving and returning files as required.
- Handling archiving queries promptly and accurately via email and Teams.
- Providing accurate instructions to our archiving storage company to ensure all collections and deliveries are prompt and complete.
- Providing inductions to relevant new joiners on our records service and procedures.
- Providing monthly reports on workload activity and delivery, making recommendations for additional resource if required.
- Assisting the Head of Business Services with annual reviews of our archiving and destruction policies, to update processes as required.
- Assisting the Head of Business Services with ongoing electronic and hard copy destruction projects.
- As Records Manager, you will report into the Facilities Manager.
