Our client is a reputable international law firm retaining many FTSE 100 clients, they are now looking for a collaborative and professional Recruitment Manager, to join them on a permanent basis. The primary focus of this role is to provide recruitment support within the Fee Earner space. Managing all recruitment end to end, whilst building strong working relationships with stakeholders and Partners.
The Recruitment Manager will ideally have a 4 years’ in-house recruitment experience, preferably within professional services, along with a sound understanding of current recruitment trends. It is essential to demonstrate strong influencing & negotiating skills while being able to work in a high-pressured environment and make sound commercial decisions. Any experience of leading junior team members will be advantageous. The right candidate will possess a strategic approach and be proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter. The Recruitment Manager will be a confident, pro-active professional with an innovative and credible approach.
