Our client, a globally recognised law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Risk & Compliance professional to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as their new Risk & Compliance Officer.
You'll be providing support to all offices on all aspects of risk, regulatory compliance and conflicts.
As the successful Risk & Compliance Officer, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Conducting due diligence
- Reviewing KYC documentation
- Undertaking AML and sanction searches on clients
- Assisting in the on-boarding of new clients and matters
- Assisting Risk Lawyers in preparation for annual internal file audits
- Ensuring all matter information is kept up to date
- Providing internal training to the team and wider firm
- Undertaking detailed research and other projects

To be considered, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a minimum of 18 months Legal Risk & Compliance experience
- Have a completed law degree (requested by the client)
- Be able to commute to the London office
