My client, a top UK law firm, is actively seeking an enthusiastic and professional Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Leeds office - working as a Paralegal in their Securitisation Team.
This is an exciting role where you'll be situated in the Property Securitisation Team - a Tier 1 Ranked Team! They're at the forefront of the affordable housing sector, acting on transactions worth up to £500,000,000.
As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting with the organising, monitoring and delivery of the team's transactions
- Providing progress reports to Clients, Partners and Solicitors
- Obtaining Official Copy Documents and Cope Entries from Land Registry
- Chasing outstanding items
- Carrying out pre-completion Land Registry searches
- Dealing with post-completion matters
- Conducting legal research
- Providing cover and support to other Paralegals in the team when needed

To be considered for this Leeds based opportunity, you'll need to be/have the following:
- Have a completed law degree (2:1 or equivalent)
- Have prior/existing experience in Conveyancing or Housing
- Be able to commute to the Leeds office 3 days a week minimum
