We are partnered with an international law firm with a strong, collaborative culture who are seeking a Senior Legal Secretary to join their small, close-knit Real Estate Finance team in London. The Role
You’ll provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to two counsels, and associates, while working closely with other secretaries and business support teams across the private equity team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex diaries, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate client billing, matter openings, and conflict checks.
Draft, amend, and format complex documents, reports, and correspondence to a high standard.
Maintain client files, both electronically and in hard copy, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Monitor and manage inboxes, prioritising and actioning emails as required.
Liaise confidently with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders across all levels.
Support with expense processing and general administrative duties.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide seamless support across the department.
About You
Minimum of five years’ experience supporting at partner level within a legal, real estate, corporate, or finance legal team.
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Calm, professional, and proactive approach to work.
High attention to detail and a genuine team-player mindset.
