Team Administrator – 12 Month FTC
Location: London (Hybrid working available)
We’re currently recruiting for a Team Administrator to join a highly regarded law firm in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a background in customer service to join a collaborative and supportive team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional support across various business functions. While legal sector experience is not essential, strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build good relationships are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality administrative and client service support across internal departments
Assist with document production, court bundles, and practice group-specific admin tasks
Manage internal and external post, courier requests, scanning, photocopying, printing, and filing
Support the Finance team with loading receipts, cheques, and billing information onto internal systems
Carry out file opening, conflict checks, client due diligence, and file closure/archiving
Complete routine searches (e.g., Companies House, Land Registry) as requested
Maintain accurate client records and assist with intranet updates
Key Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 6 months’ administration experience in a busy, client-focused environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team
GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A–C including English and Maths
A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality client service
