Team Administrator – 12 Month FTC
Location: London (Hybrid working available)

We’re currently recruiting for a Team Administrator to join a highly regarded law firm in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a background in customer service to join a collaborative and supportive team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional support across various business functions. While legal sector experience is not essential, strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build good relationships are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and client service support across internal departments

  • Assist with document production, court bundles, and practice group-specific admin tasks

  • Manage internal and external post, courier requests, scanning, photocopying, printing, and filing

  • Support the Finance team with loading receipts, cheques, and billing information onto internal systems

  • Carry out file opening, conflict checks, client due diligence, and file closure/archiving

  • Complete routine searches (e.g., Companies House, Land Registry) as requested

  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with intranet updates

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months’ administration experience in a busy, client-focused environment

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proactive, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A–C including English and Maths

  • A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality client service
