Team Administrator
Bristol | £25,250 – £25,500 per annum | Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
My client, a highly regarded law firm based in Bristol, is seeking a Team Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career within the legal sector, with clear progression into a Legal Secretary role.
The role:
As Team Administrator, you’ll provide vital administrative support to the Bristol office, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You’ll work closely with experienced Secretaries and Lawyers, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing general administrative support to the team
Assisting with document preparation, printing, scanning, and filing
Managing incoming and outgoing post and emails
Maintaining and updating internal systems and databases
Supporting with diary management and meeting coordination
Assisting with billing and other ad-hoc tasks as required
About you:
No prior legal experience is necessary – full training will be provided
Any previous administration experience or completion of a Secretarial course would be advantageous
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine interest in progressing down the Secretarial route
Please note: this role would not suit someone with a law degree or an interest in pursuing a Paralegal career path
