I am partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint a dedicated Team PA supporting the General Counsel and the Compliance & Risk function. This pivotal role demands exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and proven experience assisting senior professionals, ideally within a legal or regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full diary oversight and scheduling for the General Counsel, C&R heads and wider team
  • Coordination of meetings, including agendas, venue arrangements and comprehensive minutes (notably for the Risk Committee)
  • Management of travel bookings, visa applications and itineraries for global offices
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders and external contacts to ensure seamless administration
  • Preparation and distribution of documents, reports and C&R bulletins
  • Financial administration: processing invoices, expense claims and supporting budget oversight
  • Maintaining confidential records on systems such as iManage and 3E
  • Organising training sessions and team events, liaising with providers and managing logistics

Your background:

  • Proven track record as a team-level PA to senior management, preferably in a legal or professional services setting
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with document management platforms (iManage) and matter databases (3E) advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused mindset
  • Adaptable and resilient under pressure, able to prioritise conflicting demands

This is a fastmoving, varied role offering genuine exposure to the firm’s regulatory and risk activities, and a chance to contribute to a business committed to responsible practice and inclusive culture.
