We are currently recruiting friendly, professional candidates for ad-hoc and ongoing temporary reception work during our busy Winter period.
Previous corporate reception experience is not essential. If you have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude, full paid training will be provided before or during your first shift.
Working hours:
- Mostly Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm
- Occasional evenings and weekends
- Last-minute same-day bookings may occur from 6am
You will work across a variety of professional environments including law firms, banks, media companies and multi-tenanted buildings, so flexibility and an open mindset are important.
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and transferring calls
- Booking meeting rooms
- Issuing visitor passes
- Light floor checks and hospitality (tea/coffee)
