A rare opportunity at senior level for an accomplished Trade Mark paralegal to join this celebrated London practice and join their established Trade Mark team.
This is a new role for a Trade Mark paralegal with experience who has ambition to develop professionally, the partners are therefore keen for candidates who possess CITMA that underpins your experience and demonstrates your professional ambition. This role is a hands on where you will enjoy a senior responsibility for supporting all phases of the Trade Mark prosecution process, from clearance to the filing of an application and maintenance of their client portfolios.
With a wide array of responsibility, you will be client facing and working collaboratively with the attorneys. The role will be wholly immersed in the Trade Mark process with responsibilities including; Searches; formalities & filing, docketing, research and conflicts, due diligence, assisting in the prosecution process, assisting with the preparation of initial drafts and quotes for Trade Mark designs and assignment programmes and more.
