My name is Becci and I am a Marketing and Business Development Recruitment Consultant for Career Legal.

I have previously worked as an Estate Agent, Property Manager, Accommodation Manager and Registrar before arriving at Career Legal. I have always been in roles where I have needed to be highly organised with a strong customer service ethic – so recruitment really suits my background and personality. I really enjoy meeting new people and bringing a positive influence to the job.

I joined the Creative Services team as an Executive Recruitment Assistant in October 2017 with no recruitment experience, but a real desire and keenness to learn about the industry. Working with Gemma Grima-Brown (Director), I had an excellent mentor to help me learn the full recruitment process and progress my career within the company.

After two and a half years my hard work paid off and I was thrilled to have been promoted to Consultant on the Marketing and Business Development team in January 2020.

My new team have been so welcoming and have helped me settle in very quickly. The best way to gain experience is to be thrown in at the deep end and to learn from others in your team by building contacts and connections – so I have been very grateful to them for helping me. I know that I have the full support of my team and am very much looking forward to my future achievements.
