Job Title: AML Analyst
Location: London, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home
Salary: £40,000- £53,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent or 12 month contract
Overview:
This global law firm is committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AML Compliance Officer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Due Diligence (CDD): Conduct thorough CDD processes to ensure the accurate collection and validation of client information in line with regulatory requirements.
- Risk Assessments: Perform risk-based analysis to evaluate potential risks associated with client onboarding and ongoing relationships.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Proactively monitor client activity and report any suspicious transactions in compliance with AML regulations.
- Client On-boarding: Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client information.
- Periodic Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of client files to ensure compliance with current AML regulations.
- Support Senior Management: Assist senior management with various AML and compliance-related activities as required, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AML, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations and CDD processes.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
