Duties will include:
- Prepare and serve refreshments for client and internal meetings
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up according to client requirements
- Clear and reset rooms promptly between meetings
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all meeting spaces
- Restock crockery, glassware, and office supplies as needed
- Collaborate with reception and facilities teams to communicate delays or issues with room setups
- Deliver milk to each floor every morning
- Replenish tea, coffee, and sugar supplies across all floors
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team
- Assist with event preparation and support
